grr...

a hitch has come up in my plans for degree conversion next yr. unless my deferment for my tuition grant bond is approved, i may not get to leave. and one of the stupid criteria is that i need a sponsorship/scholarship for the studies. which, obviously, i dun plan to get, as it jus means additional chains of bondage around my person. i already have a fucking diploma of merit already aniwae! i'm qualified - plus my hospital is willing to release me. that should be more than enough!!

it's so frustrating to come up with crap like this when everything has been smoothly planned out so far. plus the criteria appears to have morphed cuz when i saw it last, it wasn't so stringent.
