aniwae... tho i'm no catholic, and religion brings out a knee-jerk reaction in me (ie. get away from me, u crazy zealots), i've always thot pope john paul II was pretty cool. i liked the idea that some unknown polish guy ended up being the most powerful guy in the roman catholic church :p he was one savvy guy, it's true, but still, he's only only human, yeah? i thot he was one of a kind tho: great leaders are born out of circumstance, 乱世出英雄 (this is me mangling chinese), and in these complacent times, where can they find another like him?
moving away from that, and again, revealing my geeky side. but how can i help it when it's about DINOSAURS??
caught this song on my mp3 player todae, and i found it really relevant. but then i find many songs relevant nowadays :p ( still, it has brilliant lines, like the following one below. )
