to mark something

once in a while, i'll actually go online to find out bt really informative stuff, tat's a) not related to schoolwork; and b) non slash/yaoi/gay/lesbian-related, and is purely for my own interest :p

of course, when i'm physically vested in this, it makes it all the more interesting ;).

wat i liked the most, and is really affirming, i think, is how tattoos used to be status symbols, esp for women, back in ancient times, and how in certain ancient cultures, women were the ones who were responsible for it. plus it also has such a rich history in asia. double bonus points for re-affirming my feminity and heritage. lolz ;)
