a not so gloomy place

in a bid to help a fren out on her quest for future happiness (lolz! ;p), i watched this film fest movie in her place, adam's apples. maybe cuz i went in having no idea wat the movie was about, and had zilch expectations at all - well, i did, i expected it to be some weird abstract concoction that may or may not have gone over my head :p - i ended up really enjoying the experience of this movie. the best part of the movie (apart from the slashy subtext - i'm a slasher, i see the subtext in EVERYTHING ;p lolz!) were the funny bits, i swear, i had tears in my eyes at points, it was dark humour at its best! if i ever find a copy of it on pirated dvd, i would snap it up, jus like that! ;)
