have more or less resolved mom being stuck alone in perth problem - after cagey negotiations, we have decided tat mom will sightsee in the city and join a rottnest tour during the week, and i will accompany her to the pinnacles on sat. on sundae, i'll be at my aunt's place where she's staying - on the condition that i can bring my newly arrived 3rd season of '6 feet under' so i dun get bored to death. too bad, we aren't one of those closely bonded mother-dg pairs - we need psychological crutches to get along, so there :p

going to watch 'revenge of the sith' tonite. finally, i will be crossing over to the other side! from a total movie deprivation, i have suddenly flipped over and am going on a mad movie spree. tho it's cool how i can play 6 degrees of separation with all the movies i've been watching so far...
